In April this year, at the Hannover Industrial Fair in Germany, the German environmental design company Geoclima participated in the "Invest in China" series of activities hosted by the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of China, and shared its experience and achievements in deepening strategic cooperation with Tongfang Co., Ltd. in the field of smart energy and promoting China's green, low-carbon and environmentally friendly products with leading technology to Germany and even the European Union.
Seizing Opportunity, green technology cooperation goes overseas
With the intensification of the energy crisis and the promotion of environmental protection and energy-saving policies, air source heat pumps have gradually attracted the attention of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry in the European region. In April 2023, Geoclima of Germany visited Tongfang Co., Ltd.'s heat pump manufacturing center in Wuxi, Jiangsu, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Wuxi Tongfang Artificial Co., Ltd to carry out comprehensive cooperation in the overseas market development of the full range of household small heating heat pump products.
It is understood that geoclima has a wide range of heating engineering and environmental protection product agency channels in Germany, and Tongfang Co., Ltd. has industry-leading technical product advantages in the use of clean energy. Through the strong combination, the two parties have a product range of air source, water source and other forms of heat pumps, with heating from 1KW to 8000KW, providing heat pump heating solutions for household heating, community/apartment centralized heating, industrial and commercial building centralized heating and other fields, promoting the "going out" of Chinese heat pumps, and becoming one of the representative projects of China-Germany deepening cooperation in the field of new energy.
The Tongfang R290 full DC variable frequency air source heat pump promoted by the two parties uses R290 (propane) natural refrigerant, with an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of almost 0. Its energy efficiency reaches the highest European standard A+++ level, showing significant advantages in ozone layer protection and greenhouse gas emission reduction. At the same time, the product also incorporates a number of innovative technologies such as humanized operation interface, real-time monitoring, remote debugging, and intelligent parallel connection, so that users have a more convenient, efficient, environmentally friendly and personalized use experience, and has been widely praised in the international market. In the future, Tongfang will also work with Dizhiqi Company to jointly commit to cross-border exchanges in the field of green buildings and smart city construction.
In recent years, the development of renewable energy has become a global consensus. On June 4, 2024, Tongfang Co., Ltd., Tsinghua University, and China New Energy Group reached a strategic cooperation in Shihezi City, Xinjiang, to jointly carry out the planning and implementation path research of Shihezi City's zero-carbon energy system, including photovoltaic, wind power, hydropower, fuel, energy storage, hydrogen energy, and key path research in the comprehensive application of electricity, power, and thermal energy.

Recently, the zero-carbon smart park project of the Xinjiang Kashgar Altash Reservoir Dispatching Center, jointly built by Tongfang Co., Ltd. and Xinhua Power Generation, won the first prize of the 2024 "Green Energy Star". The project builds a "smart brain" to create a multi-scenario zero-carbon building with efficient cold and heat source systems, integrated light storage and charging systems, photovoltaic curtain walls, and light and heat utilization, achieving 100% non-fossil energy consumption and clean heating in the park, and is expected to reduce carbon emissions by more than 300 tons per year, with significant economic and social benefits.
In addition, Tongfang Co., Ltd. has built a clean energy system consisting of rooftop photovoltaics, charging piles, air source heat pumps, and sewage source heat pumps in Yan'an, Shaanxi, to achieve comprehensive energy saving in the heat network, and is expected to save about 7,243.5 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon emissions by 18,978 tons per year; in Dachaidan, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, the "air source + energy storage" solution is adopted to flexibly solve the time mismatch problem of new energy production capacity and energy consumption, and effectively solve the problem of clean heating for the local heating area of nearly 700,000 square meters; in Hantianling Village, Hexi Town, Tongxin County, Ningxia, the "ground source heat pump + solar energy" cold and heat combined supply method is used to fully utilize the "skylight and ground heat" resources to meet the dual needs of summer cooling and winter heating of villagers' houses.
